Tucked in the heart of The Venetian Macao Hotel, Glorious Seafood Restaurant  opened in 2008, it has been illustrating another luxurious version of traditional Cantonese dining for more than a decade. After a comprehensive renovation in 2019, the restaurant is ready to demonstrate a higher level of unique grace.  Modern oriental and occidental colour palettes are mixed by exquisite gold and sapphire accents, while high ceilings and chandeliers add to the impressive atmosphere, dovetailing cleverly old Macau with gem-like interiors. Featuring up to 200 well-spaced seats and 3 VIP rooms, it serves as a stunning location for various events. The restaurant is headed by experienced chef Suen Wun Ngam who has spent significant time in different famous restaurants over China. Chef Tsang Zi Keung, another culinary star specialising in Dim Sum, has joined as well. He has previously worked for the Cantonese restaurant in Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel. No doubt that the menu promises excellent rendition of the classics, star-spangled seafood is a particular strength, and the plump and immaculately timed Siu Mei is also worth exploration. Fans of Yum Cha can also find satisfaction from the prolonged session-morning to late afternoon. The atmosphere is always congenial and service is flawless.
