A reference address for locals and tourists dining out in Hong Kong and Macau since 2003, Glorious Group keeps reinventing itself for exquisite 21st century palates, and becomes firmly established as a reliable and sophisticated champion of traditional Cantonese cuisine.
Consisting of ten restaurants profiling five unique concepts, Glorious Group is a collection of dining experience celebrating Hong Kong history and culture. Beyond the smartly attired décor, the kitchen delivers a refined version of boisterous yet authentic Hong Kong flavour.
Present-day, high-quality ingredients are handled with modernist cooking techniques, combination are well considered and results are stunning line-ups of jewel-like, highly original Cantonese palates, including diversified jet-fresh seafood, juicy and tender barbecued pork with a beautiful plum red glaze, and springy noodles with goldfish-like wonton filled with giant shrimps. While cooked-to-order dim sum is a perennial favourite, Glorious’ stir-fried dishes are the chefs team’s creative bent.
There’s no doubt that Hei Kei, the congee and noodle bistro, plays a major role in the construction of the Glorious empire. Its exemplary friendly approach is matched by plenty of comfort food, and the repertoire is an appealing mix of classic refreshments jazzed up with a few voguish flourishes. Hei Kei is now in Macau, with further more under development.
